Ingredients
- Sushi rice300 g
- Canned tuna100 g
- Japanese mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Nori sheets3 pcs
- Rice vinegar2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste

Rinse the rice 5-6 times until the water runs clear, cook it, then season with rice vinegar.

Mix tuna or salmon with mayonnaise and soy sauce for the filling.

Wet your hands with cold water and sprinkle them with salt.

Take a handful of rice, place the filling in the center, and shape it into a triangle or ball.
