Ingredients
- Gram flour200 g
- Mixed vegetables400 g
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Turmeric0.5 tsp
- Oil for deep-frying600 ml
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions
Mix or ferment the batter from the grains, flour, legumes, or liquid in the recipe.
Prepare the filling or serving elements from Gram flour, Mixed vegetables, Ground cumin, Turmeric if needed.
Heat a pan and grease it lightly.
Pour the batter thinly or more thickly depending on the dish.
Cook until browned on one or both sides and set in the center.
Serve hot with chutney, sauce, syrup, or the side included in the recipe.
