Ingredients

  • Pasta350 g
  • Basil60 g
  • Parmesan80 g
  • Pine nuts40 g
  • Garlic cloves2 cloves
  • Olive oil80 ml
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop garlic cloves and warm in a pan.

Add garlic cloves and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in olive oil, basil, parmesan and pine nuts and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.

Serve immediately while hot.
