Ingredients

  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Eggplants2 pcs
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Vinegar2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Roast or fry peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes until soft.

Peel the vegetables, remove seeds, and drain excess juice.

Finely chop the flesh with a knife or process it coarsely.

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and the vegetable mixture.

Simmer until thick, seasoning with salt, vinegar, and hot pepper to taste.

Cool and serve as a spread or side.
