Ingredients

  • Rice250 g
  • Leeks2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Dill20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml

Instructions

Wash the leeks well between the layers and slice into rings.

Heat olive oil in a wide pot, add leeks and onion, and cook until soft.

Add the rice and stir so it absorbs the oil.

Pour in hot water or vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.

Cook over low heat until the rice is done and the leeks are tender.

Finish with lemon juice and dill; serve warm or at room temperature.
