Swedish potato pancakes served with bacon or sour cream

  • Potatoes600 g
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Bacon200 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Grate the potatoes on a fine or medium grater and squeeze lightly.

Whisk the egg with milk, flour, and a pinch of salt.

Add the grated potatoes to the batter and mix.

Fry the bacon until crisp and set aside.

In the same pan, fry the potato pancakes in butter for 3-4 minutes per side.
