- Sushi rice200 g
- Nori sheets4 pcs
- Fresh salmon200 g
- Philadelphia cream cheese150 g
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Rice vinegar40 ml
- Soy sauce50 ml
- Wasabi1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Sugar1 tsp
- Fresh ginger1 tsp
- Pickles40 g
Instructions

Rinse the rice, cook it, then season the warm rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat lined with plastic wrap; cover it with rice, leaving a 2 cm edge.

Turn the nori rice-side down and place Philadelphia cream cheese, salmon, and cucumber along the lower edge.

Roll tightly with the mat into a firm cylinder.

Cut into 8 pieces with a sharp wet knife.

Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
