Ingredients

  • Potatoes700 g
  • Button mushrooms350 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Parsley20 g

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins until partly tender, cool, and grate coarsely.

Slice the mushrooms and onion and chop the parsley.

Fry the mushrooms with onion in some butter until the liquid evaporates.

In another pan, melt butter and shape the potatoes into a flat cake.

Fry the rosti for 6-8 minutes per side until crisp.

Serve the rosti with mushrooms, cream, and parsley.
