Ingredients

  • Thin beef slices800 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Pickles4 pcs
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Mustard3 tbsp
  • Broth500 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Rouladen, cut pickles, onions, thin beef slices and bacon into serving pieces.

Brown thin beef slices and bacon lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in broth and add mustard.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
