Ingredients
- Sponge cake400 g
- Milk300 ml
- Eggs2 pcs
- Walnuts100 g
- Dark chocolate150 g
- Rum2 tbsp
Instructions
Prepare sponge cake, milk, eggs, walnuts and dark chocolate for Somloi Galuska.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add sponge cake, walnuts, dark chocolate and rum at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
