- Beef600 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Paprika2 tbsp
- Caraway1 tsp
- Carrot1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Broth or water400 ml
Instructions

Cut the beef into cubes and finely chop the onion.

In a pot, fry the onion until golden, add the beef, and brown it.

Take the pot off strong heat, add paprika and cumin, and stir quickly.

Add chopped carrots and potatoes, then cover with water or broth.

Simmer for 50-60 minutes until the meat is tender and the potatoes are soft.

Season with salt and pepper and serve the thick soup hot.
