Ingredients
- Green peas500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Leek1 стебло
- Cream200 ml
- Vegetable broth800 ml
- Mint10 g
- Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and leek and prepare the green peas.

Melt butter or heat oil in a pot and sweat the onion and leek for 5 minutes.

Add the green peas and vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Cook for 10-12 minutes until the peas are tender but still bright green.

Blend the soup, add the cream, and warm without boiling.

Serve with mint and black pepper.
