Ingredients
- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Rice250 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Plain yogurt200 g
- Broth or water800 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Mix the mince with rice, egg, salt, and pepper; shape small meatballs.

Finely chop the onion and carrot.

Bring the broth or water to a boil and add the onion and carrot.

Drop the meatballs into the soup and cook for 20-25 minutes.
