- Tonkatsu sauce100 g

Instructions

Lightly pound the pork to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.

Coat the pork in flour, egg, and panko, pressing the crumbs on firmly.

Fry in medium-hot oil until golden and cooked through.
