Ingredients

  • Pork loin600 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Flour80 g
  • Panko breadcrumbs160 g
  • Cabbage300 g
  • Tonkatsu sauce100 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Lightly pound the pork to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.

Coat the pork in flour, egg, and panko, pressing the crumbs on firmly.

Fry in medium-hot oil until golden and cooked through.

Rest the cutlet for 2-3 minutes, then slice into strips.

Serve with shredded cabbage, rice, and tonkatsu sauce.
