Ingredients

  • Shortcrust pastry400 g
  • Golden syrup350 g
  • Breadcrumbs180 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Egg1 pcs

Instructions

Line a tart tin with pastry and chill for 15 minutes.

Warm the syrup slightly so it loosens.

Add breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Spoon the filling into the pastry shell.

Optionally decorate with pastry strips on top.

Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
