Ingredients

  • Potatoes600 g
  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Bacon200 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cornstarch1 tsp

Instructions

Grate raw potatoes and squeeze them, saving the starch from the liquid.

Mash boiled potatoes and mix with raw potatoes and starch.

Mix mince with onion, salt, and pepper.

Shape large oval dumplings with meat filling inside.
