- Mint15 g
- Dill20 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
Instructions

Core the peppers, cut off the tops, and keep them as lids.

Mix rice with onion, mince or meatless filling, tomato paste, herbs, and spices.

Fill the peppers not quite to the top because the rice will expand.

Cover with the tops and place the peppers upright in a pot.

Add water mixed with tomato paste, olive oil, and a little salt.
