Yakisoba

Ingredients

  • Wheat noodles350 g
  • Pork or chicken400 g
  • Cabbage300 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Yakisoba sauce120 ml
  • Spring onion30 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook wheat noodles in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop carrot and spring onion and warm in a pan.

Add pork or chicken, cabbage, carrot and spring onion and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in yakisoba sauce and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.

Serve immediately while hot.
