Hachis Parmentier
A French casserole made with meat ragù and mashed potatoes
Ingredienti
- patata600 g
- carne macinata di manzo600 g
- cipolla1 pz
- carota1 pz
- burro40 g
- latte300 ml
- gruyère100 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
- concentrato di pomodoro2 cucchiaio
- brodo500 ml
Istruzioni
Boil the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk into a purée.
Fry the ground beef with onion and carrot until cooked through.
Add a little broth or tomato paste, season with salt and pepper.
Spread the meat base into a baking dish.
Distribute the mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 190 °C for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
