- Veal800 g
- Carrot1 pcs
- Mushrooms250 g
- Cream200 ml
- Egg yolks2 pcs
- Broth700 ml
- Onion1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

For Blanquette de Veau, cut carrot, mushrooms, onion and veal into serving pieces.

Brown veal lightly.

Add carrot and onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in cream and broth and add egg yolks.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
