Buckwheat Galettes
Breton buckwheat crêpes with cheese, egg, and ham
Ingredienti

- acqua500 ml
- uovo2 pz
- prosciutto cotto150 g
- formaggio stagionato150 g
- burro40 g
- sale1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Mix buckwheat flour with water, egg, and a pinch of salt until you have a thin batter.
Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.
Heat a pan, grease it with butter, and pour in a thin layer of batter.
Cook the galette for 1–2 minutes, then flip it or leave it open if it is thin.
Place ham and cheese in the centre, then fold the edges into a square shape towards the middle.
Heat until the cheese melts and serve hot.
