Boerewors with Pap

Istruzioni
Prepare the Sausage, Cornmeal, Tomatoes: pat dry, cut into portions and make shallow cuts if needed.
Mix a marinade from the spices, acid, oil and aromatic ingredients in the recipe.
Rub the main ingredient with the marinade and leave for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill, pan or oven to high temperature.
Cook until golden crust and fully done inside, turning as needed.
Let the boerewors with pap rest for a few minutes and serve with sauce, salad or rice.
