
Char Kway Teow

Istruzioni
Boil the flat rice noodles in salted water until cooked, reserve a little of the cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the aromatic ingredients and heat them in a pan.
Add the shrimp, Chinese sausage and egg and cook until the desired tenderness.
Stir in the soy sauce and bean sprouts and heat until a uniform sauce forms.
Combine the noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot.
