Dak-galbi
A popular home-cooked Korean dish made with chicken thighs, cabbage, and sweet potato, well suited for a family menu.
Ingredienti

- cavolo300 g
- patata dolce300 g
- gochujang2 cucchiaio
- salsa di soia3 cucchiaio
- bastoncini di riso200 g
- zucchero1 cucchiaino
- aglio2 spicchi
- zenzero fresco1 cucchiaino
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and mix with gochujang paste, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a little sugar.
Leave the chicken to marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Cut the cabbage, sweet potato or regular potato, carrot, and onion into pieces.
In a wide frying pan, stir-fry the chicken with the vegetables, stirring constantly.
Add a little water if the sauce is too thick, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
At the end you can add rice cakes or cheese; serve hot.
