Istruzioni
Cut the Chicken thigh, Bell pepper, Soy sauce, Chili pepper into small pieces so that everything cooks quickly over high heat.
Mix the sauce from liquid seasonings, spices or starch, if they are included in the recipe.
Heat a wok or wide frying pan well and add oil.
Quickly fry the protein or hard vegetables, then add the remaining ingredients.
Pour in the sauce and stir for 1–2 minutes until it coats all the components.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot and the vegetables retain their texture.
