Ingredienti
- matsoni o yogurt700 g
- acqua500 ml
- riso60 g
- ceci cotti120 g
- uovo1 pz

- aneto40 g
- spinaci100 g

Istruzioni
Cook the rice until half done.
In a pot, whisk together yogurt, water, egg, and flour until smooth.
Place over low heat and stir continuously until it comes to a boil.
Add the rice and cooked chickpeas, and cook for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the herbs and spinach and add them to the soup.
Cook for another 5 minutes, season with salt at the end, and serve warm or cold.
