Doenjang Jjigae
A popular homestyle dish of Korean cuisine made with doenjang paste, tofu, zucchini, well suited for a family menu.

Istruzioni
For "Doenjang Jjigae", cut the mushrooms, green onions, doenjang paste, and potatoes into convenient pieces.
In a pot, heat some fat or a small amount of liquid and sauté the green onions for 3–5 minutes.
Add the doenjang paste, potatoes, mushrooms, and green onions, then pour in the water.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the densest components are tender.
At the end, stir in the tofu and zucchini, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup at the appropriate temperature: hot for hearty soups or well chilled for cold ones.
