Istruzioni
Cut the Pork, Gochujang, Soy sauce, Sesame oil into small pieces so that everything cooks quickly over high heat.
Mix the sauce from liquid seasonings, spices, or starch if they are included in the recipe.
Heat a wok or wide skillet well and add oil.
Quickly stir-fry the protein or firm vegetables, then add the remaining ingredients.
Pour in the sauce and stir for 1–2 minutes until it coats all the components.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot and the vegetables retain their texture.
