Jujeh Kebab
Iranian chicken skewers in a saffron-yogurt marinade.
Ingredienti

Istruzioni
Cut the chicken breast or thigh into equal pieces so they cook evenly.
Mix the marinade from the natural yogurt, spices, acid, or oil from the recipe.
Leave the chicken breast or thigh in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the pieces onto skewers or place them on a very hot grill pan.
Cook over high heat, turning, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve Jujeh Kebab with fresh herbs, flatbreads, salad, or sauce.
