Galician Empanada
A large pie filled with tuna, peppers, onions, and tomatoes

- tonno in scatola250 g
- peperone2 pz
- cipolla1 pz
- pomodori in scatola400 g
- uovo2 pz
- sale1 a piacere
- olio2 cucchiaio
Istruzioni
Prepare the dough from flour, water, oil, salt, and yeast, or use store-bought dough.
Sauté the onion and pepper until soft, add the tomatoes, and simmer until thick.
Add the tuna and chopped hard-boiled eggs, then let the filling cool.
Roll out half of the dough and place it in the baking dish.
Spread the filling over the dough, cover with the second layer of dough, and crimp the edges.
Brush with egg and bake at 190 °C until golden brown.
