
Chicken Enchiladas
Tortilla rolls with chicken and cheese in a tomato chili sauce
Ingredienti
- filetto di pollo400 g
- tortillas di farina di frumento8 pz
- cheddar (grattugiato)200 g
- pomodori in scatola400 g
- cipolla1 pz
- aglio2 spicchi
- peperoncino in polvere2 cucchiaino
- cumino1 cucchiaino
- panna acida100 g
- coriandolo15 g
Istruzioni
Boil or bake the chicken fillet; shred into pieces.
Sauce: sauté the onion, add tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic; cook for 10 minutes.
Fill half of each tortilla with chicken and half of the cheese; roll up.
Place in a baking dish; pour the sauce over.
Top with the remaining cheese; bake at 180 °C for 20–25 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and sliced avocado.
