Asturian Fabada
A popular home dish of Spanish cuisine made with white beans, chorizo, blood sausage, well suited for a family menu.
Ingredienti
- fagioli bianchi500 g
- chorizo200 g
- sanguinaccio150 g
- pancetta di maiale250 g
- cipolla1 pz
- paprica1 cucchiaino
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Rinse the white beans and onion; soak the dry legumes and boil until tender.
Chop the onion and sauté until soft.
Add the blood sausage, pork belly, white beans and onion and pour in the water.
Braise or simmer over low heat until a thick consistency is reached.
At the end, stir in the chorizo and paprika, season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
