Remove the seeds from the peppers and rinse them.

Rinse the rice and mix it raw or half-cooked with the minced meat, onion, herbs, salt and pepper.

Fill the peppers with the stuffing, leaving a little room for the rice to expand.

In a pot, prepare a tomato sauce from passata, water, bay leaf and salt.

Braise the peppers in the sauce for 50–60 minutes until tender.

Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
