Hungarian Stuffed Peppers
Peppers stuffed with meat and rice in tomato sauce
Ingredienti

- panna150 ml
- panna acida100 g
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
Clean the peppers of seeds, leaving whole "cups".
Cook the rice until half-done and mix with the ground meat, onion, paprika, salt and pepper.
Fill the peppers with the stuffing not too tightly, as the rice will expand further.
In a pot, mix the tomato sauce or passata with water, salt and a pinch of sugar.
Place the peppers in the sauce and braise covered for 45–60 minutes.
Serve with sour cream or fresh bread.
