Season the chicken thighs with salt and fry in oil until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate.

In the same pot, fry the chopped onion for 6–7 min until soft.

Add the paprika and stir quickly for 20–30 seconds so it does not burn.

Add the tomato, pepper, broth, and chicken; cover and simmer for 30–35 min.

Mix the sour cream with the flour and a few spoonfuls of the hot sauce, then pour into the pot.

Heat for 3–5 min without a strong boil and serve with noodles, dumplings, or rice.
