Season the chicken thighs with salt and fry in oil until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate.

Add the tomato, pepper, broth, and chicken; cover and simmer for 30–35 min.

Mix the sour cream with the flour and a few spoonfuls of the hot sauce, then pour into the pot.
