- Flour250 g
- Water125 ml
- Oil2 tbsp
- Sour cream or creme fraiche200 g
- Bacon150 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Knead a simple dough from flour, water, oil, and salt.

Roll it very thinly on parchment.

Spread with sour cream or creme fraiche.

Top with thin onion rings and bacon pieces.

Bake at 240°C for 10–12 minutes until the edges are crisp.
