An Albanian multi-layered pancake with a creamy filling
Ingredienti
- farina di frumento400 g
- latte300 ml
- panna200 ml
- burro40 g
- panna acida150 g
- sale1 a piacere
- olio2 cucchiaio
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
From flour, water, salt and a little oil, prepare a thin batter similar to pancake batter.
Separately mix cream, butter or yogurt for spreading between the layers.
Pour a thin layer of batter into a pan and bake or brown it from the top.
Spread the layer with the cream mixture and add the next thin layer of batter.
Repeat the layers until the batter is used up.
Finish baking the flija until golden and serve warm with yogurt or cheese.
