French Potato and Leek Soup
A creamy soup made with potato, leek, and cream
Ingredienti
- patata600 g
- porro3 gambi
- panna200 ml
- burro40 g
- brodo di verdure900 ml

Istruzioni
Thoroughly rinse the leeks to remove any sand and slice them into rings; peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the leeks for 5–7 minutes until soft, without browning.
Add the potatoes and vegetable stock, then bring to a boil.
Cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are completely tender.
Blend the soup until creamy, pour in the cream, and heat for 2–3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
