Thick potato and flour mash with fried onion

Ingredients

  • Potatoes600 g
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Garlic2 cloves

Instructions

Rinse sauerkraut if needed and chop it finely.

Fry onion in oil until soft.

Add sauerkraut and stew for 10-15 minutes.

Cook beans ahead or use ready beans, then add them to the cabbage.

Season with paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper and heat together.

Serve as a thick meatless dish or side.
