Apple Dumplings
Light apple dumplings with cinnamon for breakfast or dessert
Ingredienti

- cannella0.5 cucchiaino
- burro30 g

- panna150 ml
- panna acida100 g
- aneto15 g
Istruzioni
Peel the apples, grate them, and lightly squeeze out the juice.
Add the egg, sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and mix together.
Stir in flour until you reach a thick, soft dough consistency.
Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil.
Drop small dumplings into the boiling water using a spoon and cook for 3–4 minutes after they float to the surface.
Serve with butter, sour cream, or honey.
