Istruzioni
Rinse the rice or grain if it is called for in the recipe, and prepare the whole Pumpkin, Rice, and vegetables.
In a cauldron or wide pot, fry the onion, meat, or vegetable base until fragrant.
Add the spices and Dried Apricots, then pour in the rice or grain in an even layer.
Pour in hot water or broth, cover, and cook over low heat.
When the liquid has been absorbed, leave the dish covered for another 10 minutes.
Gently stir and serve Hapama as a hot main course.
