- carota1 pz
- brodo1200 ml
- menta5 g
- pepe nero1 a piacere

Fry the onion and carrot until soft.

Add the ham, peas and stock.

Cook for 25–30 minutes until the peas are tender.

Remove the ham and blend part of the soup.

Slice or shred the ham and return it to the soup.
