Istruzioni
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, add the liquid and fat from the recipe, and knead into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and leave it to rest or rise, if the recipe contains yeast.
Prepare the filling or topping from Wheat flour, Ground lamb, Ground cumin, if the dish calls for one.
Shape into flatbreads, pastries, or layers of the required shape and thickness.
Bake, fry, or cook on a dry pan until golden crust and the dough is cooked through.
Serve warm; if needed, brush with butter or serve with a sauce.
