Hot and Sour Soup
A popular homestyle dish of Chinese cuisine with tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots, well suited for a family menu.

- funghi200 g

Istruzioni
For the Hot and Sour Soup, cut the mushrooms and egg into convenient pieces.
In a pot, heat the fat or a small amount of liquid and sauté the mushrooms for 3–5 minutes.
Add the egg and mushrooms and pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, and broth.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the densest ingredients are tender.
At the end, stir in the tofu, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, and broth, then season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup at the appropriate temperature: hot for hearty soups or well chilled for cold ones.
