  • panna acida o lievito madre100 g

Heat the milk until almost boiling, but do not let it boil vigorously.

Cool to a warm temperature of approximately 38–40 °C.

Add sour cream or starter culture and mix thoroughly.

Pour into clean jars, cover and wrap with a towel.

Leave in a warm place for 8–10 hours until thickened.

Chill in the refrigerator and serve as a drink or alongside potato dishes.
