Gzik with Potatoes
A Polish cheese spread with sour cream, radishes, and herbs, served with potatoes
Ingredienti
- patata600 g
- ricotta300 g
- panna acida120 g
- ravanello6 pz
- cetriolo1 pz
- cipollotto20 g
- aneto15 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Boil the potatoes in their skins or bake until tender.
Mash the cheese with a fork together with the sour cream until creamy but not runny.
Finely chop the radishes, cucumber, and green onion.
Add the vegetables to the cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the dill and let stand for 10 minutes.
Serve the gzik alongside hot potatoes.
