Egg Cutlets
Tender patties made from boiled eggs, herbs, and breadcrumbs
Ingredienti
- uovo sodo6 pz
- uovo crudo1 pz
- pangrattato (per impanare)60 g
- panna acida2 cucchiaio
- erbe fresche20 g
- olio2 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, then finely chop or grate them.
Add the herbs, sour cream, a few breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix in a raw egg so the mixture holds its shape.
Form small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Fry over medium heat for 2–3 min on each side until golden brown.
Serve warm with sour cream or a vegetable salad.
