Fried Eggs with Tomatoes and Onion
A simple and delicious fried egg dish with sautéed tomatoes and onion — the perfect breakfast
Ingredienti

- pomodoro1 pz
- cipolla0.5 pz
- olio1 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Finely chop the onion and dice the tomato.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent (3–4 min).
Add the tomato, stir, and cook for 2 min.
Pour the eggs over the vegetables. Cook covered for 3–4 min until done to your liking.
Season with salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs when serving, if desired.
Serve straight from the pan with bread.
