- udon400 g
- pollo o tofu350 g
- cavolo250 g
- carota1 pz

Heat or briefly boil the udon noodles, then rinse if they have stuck together.

Slice the chicken, pork or tofu into thin pieces, and cut the cabbage, carrot and onion into strips.

In a hot pan, fry the protein base until cooked through.

Add the cabbage, carrot and onion, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add the udon and a sauce made from soy sauce, mirin and oyster or tonkatsu sauce.

Toss quickly until heated through, and serve topped with spring onion and sesame seeds.
