Boil the wheat noodles in salted water until cooked, reserving a little of the cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: finely chop the carrot and green onion and heat them in a pan.

Add the pork or chicken, cabbage, carrot and green onion and cook until the desired tenderness.

Stir in the yakisoba sauce and heat until a uniform sauce forms.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
